Cancellation and Refund Policy

We would like to ensure that delegates wishing to cancel and refund their registration fees are well aware of the process.

Registration cancellations must be notified in writing by email to [email protected]

Cancellations received 30 days prior to the event will receive a refund of the registration fees, with administration charge of 30% of the congress fees deducted.
